I dunno but ask a dog groomer. They'll be able to tell you what you need to know.

just wait until the hair grows out.

None of the tear stain products work that you buy in pet shops,i know I've tried them all.The best on the market today is a powder called Angels eyes.It costs £11&£45.You add to food and within 2 weeks your dogs eyes show great improvment. You gradually ease off the dose until it's half a teaspoon just for maintenance.Google it to find out whether it's what you want for your dog.You won't be disapointed.

Can you tell me, where is the relevance to the actual Spaniel in this question ? Have you seen how it reads ? I am particularly intetrested in this breed as I once bought one for someone which was very effective in helping her overcoming grief. Will you stop referring to a dog as a " little girl " ? If you let the dog develop some natural defences it won't fall prey to minor ailments. It is a gun dog NOT a vulnerable little human child so stop pampering and let it defend itself . Sort out your underlying maternal hang ups. Weird ?

well you can go to an animal shop and ask them if they have something to get the stain out or you can go to a dog salon and if they can't help you try and ask the vet maybe he/she can help you.
